倒底企业在经营中面临哪些困惑,家家都有一本难念的经,而这些困惑既有大环境造成,也有企业自身的因素。首先,由于历史原因国家对软件产业重视、支持力度不够。很多企业抱怨国内软件业的税赋过重,并且软件企业自身特点决定了企业贷款、上市等受到现有政策的限制,民营企业更难在银行贷到款。其次,中国的软件消费环境不成熟。中国软件消费群素质比较低,造成软件服务量大,但中国人又普遍存在重“硬”不重“软”的想法,用户不认为服务有价,这反过来会造成软件的高价。这是软件企业比较难做的原因。企业买硬件可以接受,买软件则不情愿。
What are the perplexities faced by companies that are facing the bottom line in their operations? Every family has a difficult story. These puzzles are caused both by the general environment and by the company itself. First of all, due to historical reasons, the state pays less attention to and supports the software industry. Many companies complain that the domestic software industry is overtaxed, and the characteristics of the software companies have determined that corporate loans and listings are limited by existing policies. It is even more difficult for private enterprises to make loans to banks. Second, China’s software consumption environment is not mature. The quality of China’s software consumer groups is relatively low, resulting in a large amount of software services. However, Chinese people generally have the idea of “hard” not “soft”. Users do not think that services have a price, which in turn will cause high prices for software. This is the reason why software companies are more difficult to do. Businesses can buy hardware, but they are reluctant to buy software.
