1 强化医院管理 医院的发展不仅在于医疗服务的质量,还在于管理。这里所说的管理,应该是全方位的。一是决策管理,医院决策层无论是在发展规划、技术项目的确定,医疗器械的配备、诊疗项目的调整、技术力量的配置等方面,都要根据医疗市场的需求和自身的实际情况,科学地决策。二是财务管理,医院要把财务管理放在重要位置,全面实行经济核算,发挥医院资金的最大效用。三是科室及全体员工的管理,建立健全各项规章制度,并有相应的配套措施,保证规章制度落到实处,使各项医疗活动在科学管理中有条不紊地进行。
