在高海拔地区的黄壤以田间试验与盆栽试验,用双标记 ̄(15)NH_4 ̄(15)NO_3进行研究。结果表明,烤烟氮素积累量表现为中位叶>上位叶>下位叶;烟叶的蛋白质、烟碱含量则是上位叶>中位叶>下位叶,它们的含量与肥料短进入的比例呈曲线负相关;肥料进入的比例呈下位叶>中位叶>上位叶的相反趋势。本文最后提出贵州不同烤烟产区施氮量应控制在4.5~7.5kg/亩之间,因4~6月份是雨季,氮肥应多次分施为宜,以免遭受淋失
Field experiments and pot experiments were conducted on yellow soil at high altitude, and double labeling of ~ (15) NH_4 ~ (15) NO_3 was carried out. The results showed that the accumulation of nitrogen in flue-cured tobacco showed the middle leaf> upper leaf> lower leaf. The content of protein and nicotine in tobacco leaf was higher leaf> middle leaf> lower leaf. In the end, the paper puts forward that the nitrogen application rate in different flue-cured tobacco producing areas in Guizhou should be controlled between 4.5 ~ 7.5kg / mu, because the rainy season is from April to June, and nitrogenous fertilizer should be applied multiple times in order to avoid leaching
