应用极化曲线和交流阻抗技术研究了磷酸环己胺在Na_2SO_4溶液中的缓蚀机理及其吸附与脱附行为。结果表明,磷酸环己胺是一种负催化效应作用机理的阳极型缓蚀剂。它在铁电极上的吸附等温式符合Temkin模型。由于缓蚀剂的吸附与脱附作用,其阴极极化曲线存在着氧扩散极限电流区、强吸附区和Tafel线性区,而阳极极化曲线存在着Tafel线性区、脱附区和无缓蚀区。阳极脱附对于C_d、R_t等阻抗参数有显著影响。缓蚀剂浓度与吸附电位和脱附电位之间存在着良好的线性关系,但对吸附电位范围却无甚影响。
The corrosion inhibition mechanism and adsorption and desorption behavior of cyclohexylamine phosphate in Na_2SO_4 solution were studied by polarization curves and AC impedance techniques. The results showed that cyclohexylamine phosphate is an anodic corrosion inhibitor that has a negative catalytic effect. Its adsorption isotherm on iron electrodes is in accordance with the Temkin model. Due to the adsorption and desorption of corrosion inhibitors, the oxygen polarization current limit zone, the strong adsorption zone and the Tafel linear zone exist in the cathodic polarization curve, while the anodic polarization curve has Tafel linear zone, desorption zone and no corrosion Area. Anodic desorption has a significant effect on impedance parameters such as C_d and R_t. There is a good linear relationship between corrosion inhibitor concentration and adsorption potential and desorption potential, but it has no effect on the adsorption potential range.
