本文针对高中高级教师教育技术能力培训的问卷调查,分析总结了当前中小学教师教育技术培训的特点和不足,提出改进培训实施的四个有效策略。调查表明,网络教学平台互动有效互动、模块化设计教学内容、“任务驱动、强调活动、强调参与”原则是当前教师培训的有效措施,但教师培训经费投入不足、教学资源匮乏、教育评价体系不完善等问题仍然制约着教师教育技术能力提高的软肋。最后,本文提出了转变领导观念、学科教师分组教学、教师学习共同体形成、电子档案跟踪评价培训实效等实施培训的几个有效策略。
According to the questionnaire survey of senior middle school teachers’ educational technology ability training, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of current primary and secondary school teacher education technology training and puts forward four effective strategies to improve training. The survey shows that the online teaching platform is interactive and effective, the modular design of teaching content, the “task-driven, emphasis on activities, emphasize participation” principle is an effective measure for current teacher training, but teachers’ training funds are insufficient, teaching resources are scarce, education evaluation Problems such as imperfect system still constrain the weakness of teachers’ ability to improve educational technology. Finally, this paper proposes several effective strategies to change the leadership concept, the teaching of subject teachers in groups, the formation of teachers’ learning community, and the effectiveness of tracing electronic files to evaluate the effectiveness of training.
