我们在进行泵送混凝土试验期间,使用了我局科技处设计制造的联动线给混凝土泵供料,这台联动线后来又在芜湖中江大桥工程施工中应用。实践证明:使用联动线不但可以极大地减轻工人的劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,而且,对提高混凝土质量的稳定性有着现实意义。一、联动线工作原理如图1所示,使用装载机分别往料仓16、17、18中装粗石料、砂和细石料,每个料仓出口槽的下部均有一个振动器,如图1中10所示。每个循环开始时,先由料仓16的振动器工作,该仓中的料由于振动顺斜槽流入料斗12,料斗
During the test of pumped concrete, we used the linkage line designed and manufactured by the Bureau of Science and Technology of our bureau to feed the concrete pump. This linkage line was later applied in the construction of the Wuhu Zhongjiang Bridge. Practice has proved that using the linkage line not only can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve labor productivity, but also has practical significance for improving the stability of concrete quality. First, the working principle of the linkage line shown in Figure 1, the use of loaders, respectively, to the silo 16,17,18 loaded with coarse stone, sand and fine stone material, each silo outlet slot has a vibrator, as shown 1 of 10 is shown.
