新型农村社会养老保险是解决农村养老,改善农民生活水平的重要途径,同时也是我国社会保障体系的主要内容,新型农村社会养老保险财务档案是对农民养老保险金缴纳、支取等内容的重要记录。然而目前随着我国新型农村社会养老保险规模的不断扩大,新型农村社会养老保险财务档案管理还面临着诸多困境,严重阻碍了我国新型农村社会养老保险事业的进步与发展。本文对新型农村社会养老保险财务档案管理中的问题进行了分析与总结,提出了我国新型农村社会养老保险财务档案管理的出路。
The new type of rural social endowment insurance is an important way to solve the problem of providing endowments in rural areas and improving the standard of living of peasants. It is also the main content of China’s social security system. The new rural social endowment insurance files are important records of the payment and withdrawal of peasant pension insurance. However, with the continuous expansion of the new-type rural social endowment insurance in our country, the financial records management of the new-type rural social endowment insurance still faces many difficulties and seriously hinders the progress and development of the new rural social endowment insurance in our country. This article analyzes and summarizes the problems in the management of the financial records of the new-type rural social endowment insurance and puts forward the way out for the management of the financial records of the new-type rural social endowment insurance in our country.
