政府公共管理的一项重要内容就是城市建设规划管理,并且由各职能部门通过行政审批的方式来实现。为了加强对建设工程的管理而不断地加强各类审批程序,但是在现状面前还是有许多厄待解决的问题。其中在行政审批过程中,各职能部门就必须处理好效率与公平、服务与管理等之间的管理。本文我们就建设工程项目行政审批制度的现实问题及其原因进行分析。
An important part of government public administration is the management of urban construction planning, which is implemented by various functional departments through administrative examination and approval. In order to strengthen the management of construction projects and continuously strengthen various approval procedures, there are still many problems to be resolved before the status quo. In the course of administrative examination and approval, all functional departments must handle the management between efficiency and fairness, service and management. In this paper, we analyze the practical problems and reasons of the construction project administrative examination and approval system.
