大庆油田和南阳油田采出水的分析

采用高压消解罐法消解处理样品,对大庆油田和南阳油田几个驱块的采出水样品进行了全离子分析。用ICP-AES测定了其中Na、K、Ca、Mg、Al、Ba、Sr、Mn、Si元素的含量。方法回收率在95.00%—106.00%,相对标准偏差小于2.15%。采用离子色谱测定了各驱采出水中Cl-、SO24-含量,方法回收率在96.83%—99.28%,相对标准偏差小于2.28%。同时利用化学方法对各驱采出水中HCO-3、CO32-的含量进行了测定。大庆油田和南阳油田采出水的矿化度均较高,它将直接影响原油采收率。同时发现各驱块采出水中还含有Ba、Sr和Si等离子。油田采出污水中阴、阳离子相互结合,能引起管壁结垢。两个油田采出水中Cl-、SO24-含量相对也较高,将会给油田地下管道带来严重的腐蚀作用。 Using high-pressure digestion tank digestion treatment samples, Daqing Oilfield and Nanyang Oilfield several block production of water samples conducted a full ion analysis. Daqing Oilfield and Nanyang Oilfield produced water salinity are high, it will directly affect the recovery rate of crude oil. At the same time found that each block produced water also contains Ba, Sr and Si plasma. Oilfield mining sewage Yin, cations combined with each other, can cause the tube wall scaling. The content of Cl- and SO24- in the produced water of the two oil fields is relatively high, which will cause serious corrosion to underground pipelines of the oilfield.
