基层干部的特点是生活在基层,整天与基层连队官兵摸爬滚打在一起;基层干部又是党的组织与基层群众相联系的纽带,群众看我们的党,也往往是从基层党的干部身上开始的。所以,建立良好的人际关系,是基层领导干部团结广大官兵,为完成党的各项任务而奋斗的重要条件。我们有一些在基层工作的同志,对建立良好的人际关系不大注意,官兵关系、干群关系,上下左右的关系,有的弄得比较紧张,自己也很苦恼,不知该怎么办?根据我在基层工作的体会,基层领导干部要建立起良好的人际关系,主要有“三靠”:
