目的:比较He-Ne激光和半导体激光对腹部手术未愈伤口的疗效。方法:对65例和54例因外科或妇产科腹部手术伤口愈合不良而分别进行氦氖激光和半导体激光治疗患者的疗效作回顾性分析。结果:1、65例患者进行3-24次He-Ne激光治疗,平均(8.9±3.9)次;54例患者进行4-18次半导体激光治疗,平均(8.4±2.9)次。2、在疗效上,He-Ne激光治疗组中48%(31/65)患者达到痊愈,52%(34/65)患者达到显效;而半导体激光治疗组中只有19%(10/54)患者达到痊愈,78%(42/54)患者达到显效,还有3%(2/54)只达到好转。He-Ne激光治疗的效果明显优于半导体激光(P=0.000)。结论:He-Ne激光与半导体激光对腹部手术伤口愈合不良进行照射的次数之间无显著性差异,但He-Ne激光的疗效明显较半导体激光好。对于腹部手术伤口愈合不良的治疗,优先选择He-Ne激光。
Objective: To compare the curative effect of He-Ne laser and semiconductor laser on unhealed wounds in abdominal surgery. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the efficacy of He-Ne laser and semiconductor laser in 65 and 54 cases of poor wound healing due to surgical or obstetric and abdominal surgery. RESULTS: Totally 16 to 24 He-Ne laser treatments were performed in 16 patients (mean ± SD 8.9 ± 3.9). Four of the 54 patients underwent laser ablation with an average of 8.4 ± 2.9 impulses. In efficacy, 48% (31/65) of patients in the He-Ne laser group were cured, 52% (34/65) patients achieved significant effect; and only 19% (10/54) patients in the semiconductor laser treatment group To achieve recovery, 78% (42/54) of patients achieved markedly, and 3% (2/54) only improved. He-Ne laser treatment was significantly better than the semiconductor laser (P = 0.000). Conclusion: There is no significant difference between He-Ne and semiconductor lasers in the number of irradiation of incisional wounds in abdominal surgery. However, He-Ne laser has better curative effect than semiconductor lasers. For the treatment of poor wound healing in abdominal surgery, He-Ne laser is preferred.
