目的研究蛇鳞草Pronephrium triphyllum的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从蛇鳞草中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为(2S,4R)-4′-methoxy-8-methyl-[(4,2″)(11,2′′′)]-dioxidoflavan-5,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(蛇鳞草苷A,1)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(2)、三羽新月蕨苷A(3)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为蛇鳞草苷A。化合物2和4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,除化合物3外,其余化合物均首次从该植物中得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pronephrium triphyllum. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as (2S, 4R) -4’-methoxy-8-methyl - [(4,2 ") - dioxidoflavan-5 , 7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside , Dihydroxycoumarin (4), daucosterol (5), β-sitosterol (6) .Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named as snake glycosides A. Compounds 2 and 4 are the first from the genus Plants isolated, with the exception of compound 3, the rest of the compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time.
