在同时考虑组成零件的成本尽可能低和产品损失费用尽量少的条件下来求最优参数设计方案(包括标定值和容差),并与原设计比较。在各个标定值容许的范围内选定一组,考虑各个零件不同容差等级搭配时的情形,然后用计算机模拟出这种动态过程,求得了最佳的参数设计方案,并考虑不同情况,建立了2个模型:在严格要求公差与配合的情况下的参数设计方案(即模型1)和在不考虑公差与配合的情况下的方案(模型2)。
