中央人民政府政務院頒佈的學制改革决定中已把幼兒教育列入國家教育系統,第一次全國初等教育及師範教育會議上,更明確規定了幼兒教育的方針、任務和幼兒園發展的方向。兩年多以來,幼兒教育在全國範圍內,確已有相當發展,一切都證明,领導上對幼兒教育是十分重視的。但有一部分幼兒教育工作幹部,思想却存在着嚴重的偏向。首先是覺得幼兒教育工作没有前途:如有的教養員特別是保育員,認爲自己的工作一天到晚跟小孩子‘泡’,没出息,‘四等幹部’等等,尤其是當聽到或見到起初和自己水平一樣的幹部,今天被提拔了,就馬上覺得自己低了好多,埋怨自己工作没有選好,若不然還不和他們一樣。另外,是遇到有些家長爲了孩子的問題,没有尊重自己,甚至刺激了自己的時候,就更加抱怨,覺得
