取消农业税后,农村公共品供给短缺的问题成为新农村建设的瓶颈。判断政府对农村公共产品的提供是否具有效率,就是分析财政农业支出对农村经济增长的影响情况。因此,从农村经济增长中分析财政农业支出的影响是具有意义的。本文以安徽省为例,对农村公共品供给对农村经济的发展的影响做了实证分析,并就财政农业支出给出了评价和建议。 After canceling the agricultural tax, the problem of the shortage of rural public goods has become the bottleneck of the new rural construction. To judge whether the government provides rural public goods with efficiency or not is to analyze the impact of financial agricultural expenditures on rural economic growth. Therefore, it is significant to analyze the impact of fiscal agriculture expenditure from rural economic growth. This paper, taking Anhui Province as an example, makes an empirical analysis of the impact of rural public goods supply on the development of rural economy and gives some comments and suggestions on the fiscal expenditure on agriculture.
