本文采用高精度的线性气体弹簧,对支承高速锤目前常用的油气式减震器进行了动态分析,提出了参数计算的方法,并对大家非常关心的地基受力,提出了解析计算表示式。算例表明,当减振器运转正常时,地基受力不到高速锤本体重量的两倍,显示了高速锤的优越性,但运转不正常时,能高达120倍,对高能锤来讲,可能造成厂房的破坏。
In this paper, a high-precision linear gas spring was used to dynamically analyze the currently used oil-gas shock absorbers supporting high-speed hammers. A method for calculating the parameters was put forward. Analytical calculation expressions were also proposed for the forces that are very much concerned about the foundation. The example shows that when the shock absorber is operating normally, the foundation can not receive twice as much weight as the high-speed hammer body, showing the superiority of the high-speed hammer. However, when the shock absorber is abnormal, it can reach as high as 120 times. May cause damage to the plant.
