在 X 线 CT 机中较易出现故障的元件之一是 X 线高压发生电路中的调压器。岛津 SCT-100N-2S 型头部 CT 机中的调压器原理图如图所示。该调压器工作频繁,CT 机每扫描一个断层就工作一次(即调压器输出轮由电机带动由调压器的低端自动调到高端,当 X 光管球曝光结束后又自动退回到低端)。而且都是满负荷运行,平均每天都要工作几百次以上,所以它的故障率较高。几年来我院的岛津 SCT-100N-2S型 CT 机的调压器多次出现故障,以下就是具体
