目的探讨闪光视觉诱发电位无创颅内压监测在颅脑损伤治疗中的临床意义。方法应用闪光视觉诱发电位无创颅内压监测仪对45例颅脑损伤患者(存在颅内岀血但无急诊手术指征)的颅内压进行监测,根据监测数据指导临床治疗。结果 45例患者中及时复查CT发现岀血增加进行急诊手术17例;岀血无增加给予保守治疗27例;岀血未增加但水肿加重明显及时进行手术治疗1例。所有患者经保守治疗或手术治疗均恢复良好。结论应用闪光视觉诱发电位无创颅内压监测仪监测颅脑损伤患者的颅内压变化,根据监测数据情况,结合患者临床症状,在何时需复查头颅CT、何时手术、脱水药物如何使用等问题上有了更加明确的指导,患者得到了及时、准确的治疗,恢复良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of noninvasive intracranial pressure monitoring of flash visual evoked potentials in the treatment of craniocerebral injury. Methods The intracranial pressure of 45 patients with craniocerebral injury (with intracranial hematoma but no emergency operation indications) was monitored by flash visual evoked potential noninvasive intracranial pressure monitor, and the clinical data were guided according to the monitoring data. Results Among the 45 cases, 17 cases were diagnosed by emergency CT examination and emergency operation was performed in 27 cases. There was no conservative treatment in 27 cases. Blood was not increased but edema was obviously increased in 1 case. All patients recovered well after conservative treatment or surgical treatment. Conclusion The application of flash visual evoked potentials noninvasive intracranial pressure monitor to monitor intracranial pressure changes in patients with craniocerebral injury, according to the monitoring data, combined with clinical symptoms, when to review the head CT, when surgery, how to use dehydration drugs With more explicit guidance on the issue, the patients were treated promptly and accurately and recovered well.
