1991年8月,我院收治一家11人同餐误食邱氏鼠药快性诱杀剂中毒的患者。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料男3例,女8例;6岁以下3例,20～30岁5例,46岁以上3例。因误把浓度约4.3％的该诱杀剂掺入大米(掺合后浓度约1‰)煮食而中毒。食入其饭量;小儿30～50g,成人100～150g。均在食后30min内出现中毒症状而急诊。 1.2 临床表现均有不同程度头晕,其中多汗6例,恶心、呕吐5例,视物不清5例,乏力4例,抽搐伴意识障碍3例,心悸2例,上腹部隐痛2例,手足麻木2例。体温增高(38～38.2℃)2例,面色苍白、日唇发绀2例,心率增快2例,肺部痰鸣音、脑膜刺激征1例。

Body temperature increased (38 ~ 38.2 ℃) in 2 cases, pale, lip cyanosis in 2 cases, heart rate increased in 2 cases, lung phlegm, meningeal irritation in 1 case.
