随着我国社会的发展和经济的进步,我国的建筑行业也得到了较为快速的发展,我国建筑行业的发展一方面是工程规模和工程数量的迅速增加,另一方面则是工程技术的快速提高。我国的工程技术在十几年前与国外相比有着较大的差距,然后随着我国市场的开放性增强且国家本身的科技水平提高以及互联网与智能化时代的到来,使得建筑行业也迎来了工程技术的改革春天。在工程技术当中对提高投标水平与施工现场管理水平方面有着较为突出表现的应当说是基于计算机技术的BIM技术即信息模型技术。
