This paper is focused on studying the structure of solutions bounded from be-low to degenerate elliptic equations with Neumann and Dirichlet boundary conditions in unbounded domains.After establishing the weak maximum principles,the global bound-ary H(o)lder estimates and the boundary Harnack inequalities of the equations,we show that all solutions bounded from below are linear combinations of two special solutions (exponen-tial growth at one end and exponential decay at the other) with a bounded solution to the degenerate equations.

改革开放以来,我国城乡差距不断缩小,但城乡二元结构仍未完全破除,亟待深度融合.根据20042018年的相关数据,从经济、要素、公共服务、基础设施和生态5个角度选取25个指标,建立城乡融合发展水平测度指标体系,并采用熵值法对相关指标进行测度.实证结果表明,我国城乡融合度正在不断提升,但各领域融合水平存在明显差异,经济融合正逐渐成为推动城乡融合发展的主要推动力,要素融合、公共服务融合和生态融合也对推动城乡融合发展起着比较大的推动作用,但是基础设施融合与其他各方面融合相比存在一定的差距.

随着水泥生产企业窑协同处置业务的全面拓展,行业市场竞争环境不断加剧,该项业务产生的应收账款额度不断提高,导致应收账款坏账风险持续增加,制约着企业转型升级和高质量发展的进程.一些企业未建立有效的管控机制,制定切实可行的收账措施,从内部控制上也加大了应收账款收账成本和回款风险.本文以A企业为例,基于水泥企业窑协同处置业务的特点,阐述应收账款管理的必要性,分析了窑协同处置业务应收账款管理存在的问题,并就加强应收账款管理,控制企业经营风险提出了相应的对策,以期增强企业的经营质量和抗风险能力.
