1984年我们曾报道了应用电子计算机鉴别诊断颌骨造釉细胞瘤,牙源性角化囊肿和含牙囊肿的初步结果。经过我科和兄弟院校同行近3年前瞻性术前应用证实,通过电子计算机建立的简化计量鉴别诊断表为临床医师提供了一个简单易行的定量性诊断方法,不同程度地提高了术前诊断正确率。同时也发现了一些问题,影响了诊断正确率的进一步提高。本文以对20例误诊病例的分析为线索,讨沦使用过程中出现的几个问题和解决的方法。
In 1984, we reported the preliminary results of the differential diagnosis of jaw ameloblastoma, odontogenic keratocysts, and dentate cysts using electronic computers. After our department and our brothers and universities peer-reviewed nearly 3 years ago, the preoperative application confirmed that the simplified metering differential diagnosis table established by the computer provided a simple and easy quantitative diagnosis method for clinicians, which improved the preoperative level to varying degrees. Diagnose the correct rate. At the same time, some problems were found that affected the further improvement of the diagnostic accuracy. This article uses the analysis of 20 cases of misdiagnosis as clues to discuss several problems that arise during use and how to solve them.
