本文分析了１１例自发性低颅压患者的临床表现及腰椎穿刺结果，提示自发性低颅压临床表现复杂多样，甚至与脑血管病并存，难以确诊。而１１例腰椎穿刺检查颅内压在０．１９６～０．４９ｋｐａ之间，明显低于正常。故认为腰椎穿刺检查是诊断本病的唯一可靠方法。
This article analyzes the clinical manifestations of 11 patients with spontaneous intracranial hypertension and lumbar puncture results, suggesting that the clinical manifestations of spontaneous low intracranial pressure complex and diverse, and even co-exist with cerebrovascular disease, it is difficult to diagnose. 11 cases of lumbar puncture examination of intracranial pressure between 0.196 ~ 0.49kpa, significantly lower than normal. Therefore, lumbar puncture examination is the only reliable way to diagnose the disease.
