本文介绍线性规划与序列线性规划方法在塔式起重机塔身结构优化设计中的应用。本文利用工程问题元件规格不宜太多的工艺要求,在文献[4]的基础上,引进塔身杆件分组优化的概念。以杆件分组作为辅助约束,利用这些辅助约束删去大量不起控制作用的性态约束,从而使问题得到简化。文中给出一种60吨·米塔式起重机塔身优化设计的部分计算结果,从中不难看出优化设计所可能达到的技术经济效果,还可看出本文介绍的优化设计方法的有效性。
This article introduces the application of linear programming and sequential linear programming in tower crane tower structure optimization design. Based on the literature [4], this paper introduces the concept of sub-group optimization of the tower body. The grouping of bars as auxiliary constraints, the use of these auxiliary constraints to delete a large number of can not afford the control of the state constraints, so that the problem is simplified. In this paper, we give a part of the calculation results of tower optimization for a 60t / m tower crane. It is not difficult to see the technical and economic effects that the optimized design may achieve, and we can also see the effectiveness of the optimization design method introduced in this paper.
