本文以新疆某流域水电开发现状及其下辖的5个水电站的运行管理经验为基础,对流域电站群集控中心的建设方案进行研究,对各电站、集控中心管理模式进行探索与实践,为其他类似的集控中心建设提供参考。
Based on the current situation of hydropower development in a river basin in Xinjiang and the operation and management experience of the five hydropower stations under its jurisdiction, this paper studies the construction plan of the cluster control center of the hydropower station and explores and practices the management modes of all power plants and the control center.
