在迈入21世纪之后,社会进入了大数据时代,大数据时代下人们的生活方式发生变化,各行各业均受到影响,其中在事业单位人力资源管理中,不仅人力资源管理观念发生变革,并且人力资源管理模式发生战略性变化,人力资源管理内容得到完善,人力资源管理手段更是呈现出多样性。鉴于此,本文主要从多个方面分析在大数据时代事业单位人力资源管理变革,为人力资源管理带来指导意义。
After entering the 21st century, the society has entered the era of big data. Under the era of big data, people’s life style has changed and all walks of life have been affected. In the process of human resource management in public institutions, not only the concept of human resource management has changed, The strategic changes have taken place in the mode of human resources management, the content of human resources management has been improved, and the means of human resources management has shown a diversity. In view of this, this article mainly analyzes the change of human resource management in public institutions in the era of big data from many aspects, which brings guiding significance to human resource management.
