近年来,随着电车检修体制的改变和检修周期的延长,牵引电动机(MM)的整流子面的维修时间也在延长。因电车的高速化而使整流子工作环境日益严酷,成为换向火花及电刷异常磨损等换向不良和跳火等的重要原因。在送厂进行旋削修正的MM中,发现整流子表面有换向皮膜产生整流子面的偏心和凹凸量少、换向状态良好的情况也不少。所以我们认为没有必要对这样的MM进行旋修,而应该考虑这种旋修是造成碳刷早期磨损等故障的原因,并谋求对整流子面的旋修时间
In recent years, with the change of the train maintenance system and the extension of the overhaul period, the maintenance time of the faceplates of the traction motor (MM) is also prolonged. Due to the high speed of trains, commutators work harsher day by day, becoming an important reason for commutation defects such as sparks and brushes abnormal wear and flashover. In the MM sent to the mill for correction, it is found that the commutator has a commutation coating on the surface of the commutator, which results in fewer eccentricity and less unevenness and less commutation condition. So we think there is no need for such MM repair, and should consider this repair is caused by carbon brush early wear and tear and other causes of failure, and to seek commutator surface spin-repair time
