螺旋霉素发酵过程中添加适量前体物质或二价金属离子有利于其生物合成。本实验以生二素链霉菌为出发菌株,在不同时间向发酵液摇瓶中添加Mn2+和正丙醇,以考察Mn2+和正丙醇的协同作用对螺旋霉素发酵效价的影响。结果表明:在发酵36h添加Mn2+,螺旋霉素发酵效价达到3133U/mL,相比对照组提高了17.6%;复合添加Mn2+和正丙醇,正丙醇添加量为0.1%时,螺旋霉素发酵效价达3074U/mL,提高了16.1%;复合添加Mn2+和正丙醇对螺旋霉素发酵效价的影响较单独添加Mn2+的效果不明显。此结果为进一步提高螺旋霉素发酵效价奠定了基础。“,”During the fermentation process of Spiramycin, It’s beneficial for its biosynthesis by adding appropriate amount of precursor substances or divalent metal ions . In this experiment, Streptomyces spiramyceticus was used as the starting strain. Mn2+and n-propanol were added to the shaking flask fermentation at different times in order to inspected the synergistic effect of the Mn2+ and n-propanol on the titer of spiramycin fermentation. The results showed that: When Mn2+ was added to fermentation at 36 h, the fermentation titer of spiramycin reached 3133 U/mL compared with that of the control group( this was increased by 17.6%). When Mn2+and n-propanol (0.1 %) were added together, the titer of spiramycin fermentation reached 3074 U/mL ( increased by 17.6%). The effect of compound addition of Mn2+ and n-propanol on the fermentation potency of spiramycin was less obvious than that of Mn2+ alone. This result laid a foundation for further improving the titer of spiramycin fermentation.
