冀东油田G104区块拥有水平井110多口,油藏岩石颗粒胶结疏松,出砂严重;原油属普通稠油,胶质沥青质含量高,凝固点低,导致了水平井筛管段严重堵塞及近井地带导流能力的下降,直接影响了产量。只能依靠除砂、解堵技术来恢复该区的产量。针对该问题,采用外径4.45 cm连续油管+RotoPulseSM旋转脉冲喷射工具+一步酸、半加强型砂盐酸体系进行冲砂、筛管清洗和近井酸化解堵对该区6口水平井实施了作业。作业后产液量和产油量是作业前的1.8倍以上,作业有效期超过200 d,增产效果明显。
Block G104 in Jidong Oilfield has more than 110 horizontal wells. The rock particles in the reservoir are loosely cemented and have serious sand production. Crude oil is a common heavy oil with high content of colloidal asphaltene and low freezing point, Well drainage capacity of the direct decline, a direct impact on production. Can only rely on sand removal, plugging technology to restore the output of the area. In response to this problem, 6 horizontal wells in this area were put into operation by using 4.45 cm coiled tubing + RotoPulseSM rotary pulse jetting tool + one-step acid and semi-reinforced sand hydrochloric acid system for sandblasting, screen cleaning and near-wall acidization. The amount of liquid and oil produced after operation is more than 1.8 times of that before operation, and the effective period of operation is more than 200 days. The effect of increasing production is obvious.
