培养学生的自我教育,自我管理能力,教育者除了运用必要的行政管理措施外,更应当通过自身的人格魅力来进行潜移默化的教育。教师的人格魅力在培养学生自我管理能力方面具有示范、激励、熏陶的作用。要充分发挥人格魅力的教育功效,为师者必须努力提高自身素质,塑造完美人格,以素质提高素质,以人格塑造人格。为此作为教育者应当要确立“三个意识”——修身意识、民主意识、学习意识。
Educate students self-education, self-management skills, educators in addition to the necessary administrative measures, but also through its own personal charm to imperceptible education. Teachers ’personality charm has the function of demonstration, encouragement and influence in cultivating students’ self-management ability. To give full play to the charisma of educational effectiveness, teachers must work hard to improve their own quality, create a perfect personality, improve quality with quality, personality to create personality. To this end, as an educator, we should establish “three consciousness” - self-cultivation awareness, democratic awareness and learning consciousness.
