高效煤粉工业锅炉产业正迎来黄金发展时期,但产业中的企业也可能因为产业发展带来的业务急剧扩张而面临较大的资金风险。从该产业核心企业锅炉系统集成供应商的角度出发,主要研究了其主要业务模式EPC(工程总承包)模式和BOT(建设一经营一转让)模式的资金流动方式,存在风险和降低风险的有效措施,能够达到优化企业营运资金管理,助益产业良性发展的目的。
