企业文化建设和党的思想政治工作在目标、对象、方向上的一致性,使二者形成了相辅相成的关系。加强和改进基层党建和思想政治工作,是培育优秀企业文化的组织基础和思想基础。因此,把企业文化建设纳入企业党建工作内容之一,企业党的组织成为企业文化建设的核心力量,是培育优秀企业文化的必然要求。
The construction of corporate culture and the ideological and political work of the party have the same goals, targets and directions, forming a mutually reinforcing relationship between the two.
