目的 :通过对老年性黄斑变性患者的振荡电位的检测 ,观察振荡电位在 AMD中的变化规律。方法 :对 32例 AMD患者进行振荡电位的检测 ,与对照组比较研究。主要观察指标 :Σ0、 0 1 、 0 2 、 0 3、 0 4、及其峰时值 T1 、 T2 、 T3、 T4的变化。结果 :1AMD前期患者的上述各指标与对照组无差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 2 AMD中、晚期患者上述各指标与对照组有显著差异性 (P<0 .0 1)。异常率为 5 4% ,晚期异常率为 10 0 % (14/ 14) ,且振荡电位由常出现的 4个小波变为 2~ 3个小波。结论 :在 AMD患者中 ,振荡电位随着黄斑病变程度的加深而逐渐降低 ,所以振荡电位不仅可以应用于视网膜血循环有关的疾病的检测中 ,而且可作为一个判断其病情、随访的指标应用于 AMD患者中
OBJECTIVE: To observe the change of oscillatory potential in AMD by detecting the oscillatory potential of patients with age-related macular degeneration. Methods: Oscillatory potentials were measured in 32 patients with AMD, compared with the control group. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Changes of Σ0, 0 1, 0 2, 0 3, 0 4, and their peak values T1, T2, T3, T4. Results: There was no significant difference between the above 1AMD patients and the control group (P> 0.05). There was a significant difference between the above-mentioned indicators and the control group (P <0.01). The anomalous rate was 54%, and the late anomaly rate was 10% (14/14). The oscillatory potential changed from 4 small waves to 2 to 3 small ones. CONCLUSION: Oscillatory potentials decrease gradually with the degree of macular degeneration in patients with AMD. Oscillatory potential can be used not only in the detection of diseases related to the blood circulation of the retina, but also as an indicator to judge its condition. The follow-up index should be applied to AMD In patients
