近年来,发现内源性吗啡样物质脑啡肽分解酶抑制物质单独使用时具有镇痛活性。此次以脑啡呔分解酶抑制活性为指标,对临床使用的延胡索、独活等12种生药中,是否存在调节脑啡肽的低分子物质进行了筛选研究。 从猴脑膜分离提取脑啡呔分解酶,以DEAE柱层析进行部分精制。用50%甲醇水溶液提取延胡索、独活等生药,其上清部分分别减压干燥;所得粗粉末,溶解于5%甲醇水溶液中,上3种(ODS,XAD-4,CA-RBON)吸附功能不同的载体柱。吸附在柱上的物质,以80%甲醇水溶液洗脱,制成各种粗粉
In recent years, endogenous morphine-like substance enkephalin-degrading enzyme inhibitory substances have been found to have analgesic activity when used alone.
