目的建立GDX102/活性炭复合型采样管—热解吸气相色谱法同时测定职业场所空气中13种有机毒物的方法。方法选择合适的固体吸附剂填充比例和方法,并优化热解吸和气相色谱分析条件。结果以100 mg GDX102+100 mg活性炭两段式填充方法制备采样管,经热解吸气相色谱分析,回收率可达95%以上,各组分检出限在0.006~0.2 mg/m3之间,RSD在2.2~6.1%之间。结论该方法适用于职业场所空气中苯系物、正己烷等13种有机物的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 13 organic toxicants in workplace air by GDX102 / activated carbon composite sampling tube - pyrolysis gas chromatography. Methods The appropriate solid sorbent loading ratio and method were selected and the conditions of thermal desorption and gas chromatography were optimized. Results The sampling tube was prepared by two-stage filling with 100 mg GDX102 + 100 mg activated carbon. The recovery rate was more than 95% by pyrolysis gas chromatography and the detection limit was 0.006 ~ 0.2 mg / m3 , RSD between 2.2 ~ 6.1%. Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of 13 kinds of organic compounds such as benzene series and n-hexane in the air of occupations.
