应用放射免疫分析法首次测定了三头林麝发情周期外周血浆17β—雌二醇和孕酮的含量。结果表明,发情盛期17β—雌二醇含量达峰值55.20pg/ml,以后开始下降,并在一定范围内上下波动,到下一个发情周期又开始上升。而孕酮含量在发情盛期最低0.67ng/ml,到第14天达峰值5.05ng/ml,第二个发情周期前又迅速下降。17β—雌二醇和孕酮的这种变化趋势与作者观察到的林麝发情周期长短一致。
The plasma 17β-estradiol and progesterone levels were measured for the first time during the estrus cycle of Trionylopax meridionalis using radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the content of 17β-estradiol reached a peak of 55.20 pg/ml during the estrus phase and then began to decline. It fluctuate up and down within a certain range, and began to rise again in the next estrus cycle. The progesterone content was 0.67 ng/ml in the estrous period and peaked at 5.05 ng/ml on the 14th day. It dropped rapidly before the second estrus cycle. This change in 17β-estradiol and progesterone is consistent with the length of the estrus cycle observed by the author.
