特大跨径悬索桥对钢丝绳吊索的要求越来越高,要求吊索钢丝绳在保证直径和抗疲劳能力的前提下提高其破断拉力。西堠门大桥主跨为1650 m,是世界上首座特大跨径分体式钢箱梁悬索桥,大桥选用的60、80、88 mm镀锌吊索钢丝绳的破断拉力分别达到2400、4600、5884 kN,比标准分别提高9%、11%、12%,这在国内、国际的桥梁建筑史上都是史无前例的,也给钢丝绳制造行业带来了前所未有的挑战。文中介绍特高强度、大规格吊索钢丝绳产品的结构设计、工艺设计和吊索钢丝绳制造的关键技术难点,以及针对吊索钢丝绳疲劳性能的研究。
The requirement for the rope slings of the super-long-span suspension bridge is higher and higher, and the rope slings are required to improve the breaking force under the premise of ensuring the diameter and anti-fatigue ability. The main span of Xi’ao Gate Bridge is 1650m, which is the world’s first suspension bridge with extra-long span split type steel box girder. The breaking tensile force of 60, 80, 88 mm galvanized sling used in the bridge respectively reaches 2400,4600, 5884 kN, 9%, 11% and 12% higher than the standard respectively. This is unprecedented in the history of domestic and international bridges and buildings. It has also brought unprecedented challenges to the wire rope manufacturing industry. The article introduces the structural design, process design and key technical difficulties of the manufacture of sling strength steel wire rope slings, as well as the research on the fatigue performance of sling rope.
