履带式起重机“四轮一带”是指驱动轮、引导轮、支重轮、托链轮和履带。“四轮一带”年维修费用约占其底盘年维修费用的40%,因此正确使用和维护履带式起重机“四轮一带”十分重要。本文以CX2000型履带式起重机为例,讲述其“四轮一带”磨损极限及使用要点。1.履带板(1)磨损极限履带板磨损以履齿磨损为标志,CX2000型履带式起重机履带板履齿标准高度为65mm,磨损极限尺寸为52mm。履带板连接销标准直径为55mm,磨损极限尺寸为51mm。
