目的探讨适用于所有乳制品中安赛蜜测定的样品前处理方法。方法对乳制品样品进行前处理方法的实验对比研究,寻找适宜的样品前处理方法。结果采用本法处理样品,过滤可得到澄清液体,测定色谱图基线平直,无杂峰,无拖尾现象,对安赛蜜测定无干扰。牛奶中安赛蜜的含量为0.097 g/kg~0.105 g/kg,均值为0.100 g/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.7%。对2种品牌的儿童成长牛奶、AD钙奶及一种纯牛奶进行了加标回收实验在0.10 g/kg、0.30 g/kg2种加标水平下,回收率为95.0%~110.0%,平均回收率为102.0%。结论本法快速、准确、重现性好,环保、卫生、安全可靠,适用于所有乳制品中安赛蜜测定的样品前处理。
Objective To explore a sample preparation method suitable for the determination of acesulfame in all dairy products. Methods An experimental comparison of the pretreatment methods of dairy products was carried out to find a suitable pretreatment method. Results The sample was treated by this method. The clear liquid was obtained by filtration. The baseline of the chromatogram was determined to be straight, free of miscellaneous peaks and no tailing, and no interference with the determination of acesulfame. The content of acesulfame milk in milk was 0.097 g / kg ~ 0.105 g / kg with a mean value of 0.100 g / kg and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.7%. The recoveries of two brands of children’s growth milk, AD calcium milk and a pure milk were tested at the spiked level of 0.10 g / kg and 0.30 g / kg, and the recoveries were between 95.0% and 110.0% The rate was 102.0%. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, reproducible, environmentally friendly, hygienic and safe. It is suitable for the sample preparation of acesulfame determination in all dairy products.
