目的:对三七茜草复方进行拆方实验研究。方法:建立置Cu-IUD家兔的动物模型,观察三七茜草复方及三七、茜草单独对置Cu-IUD家兔的血液流变学、子宫内膜表浅微血管总数、以及6-K-PGF1α、TXB2、t-PA活性的影响。结果:三七茜草复方及三七、茜草均能减少置器后家兔子宫内膜浅血管数以及降低红细胞比容和低切、中切、高切下全血比黏度及血浆比黏度的作用,同时均能使家兔子宫匀浆6-K-PGF1α/TXB2比值和t-PA活性明显降低,但单用三七或茜草,效果不如复方。结论:三七茜草复方具有改善前列腺素的平衡失调,纤溶系统,血液流变学的异常等病理变化的作用,三七、茜草是其组成的必要药味。
OBJECTIVE: To study the disassembled prescription of Sanqi Qicao compound. METHODS: An animal model of Cu-IUD rabbits was established to observe the hemorheology, total number of superficial endometrial microvessels, and 6-K Effects of PGF1α, TXB2, t-PA activity. RESULTS: Sanqi Razorca Compound, Panax Notoginseng and Radix Scutellariae could reduce the number of superficial blood vessels in rabbits after rearing rabbits and reduce the hematocrit and the specific viscosity of low-cut, mid-cut and high-cut whole blood and the specific viscosity of plasma. At the same time, the ratio of 6-K-PGF1α/TXB2 and t-PA activity in the rabbit house homogenate were all significantly reduced, but the effect was not as good as compound saponin alone or Panax notoginseng. Conclusion: Sanqi radix pilosula compound can improve the imbalance of prostaglandin, fibrinolytic system, abnormal hemorheology and other pathological changes. Panax notoginseng and Pteris vittata are the necessary medicinal odor.
