北京航空工艺研究所研制的高压水射流切割系统的重要部件——超高压增压器,于今年6月下旬通过技术鉴定。与会专家对该增压器进行了性能测试,考察了切割钛合金、不锈钢和复合材料的切割质量和有关参数,一致认为,国产增压器的性能相当于国际80年代中期同类产品的先进技术水平,处于国内领先地位。与会专家还认为,航空工艺研究所研制的这种超高压增压器体积小、噪音低、密封寿命长、运转平稳、性能可靠,而造价只有美国同类产品的三分之一。
