在对创新能力内涵进行阐述的基础上,基于主体能动性视角,分析了制约研究生创新能力提高的四个因素,并有针对性地提出了加强研究生创新能力培养的五个策略。
On the basis of expatiating on the connotation of innovation ability, this paper analyzes four factors that restrict the improvement of graduate students’ innovative ability from the perspective of subjective initiative, and puts forward five strategies to enhance the cultivation of graduate innovative ability in a targeted manner.
