采用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪和叶绿素仪测定4个番茄品种的植株在不同水分处理下土壤含水量、光合速率、蒸腾速率及叶绿素含量等参数的变化。结果表明:在一定范围内,番茄植株叶片的叶绿素含量随土壤含水量减小而增加;在淹水高土壤含水量情况下,“青苹果”的光合速率最高,“嘉丽一号”的光合速率最低,表明不同品种番茄间耐淹水条件差异较大;顶芽下约第5片叶光合作用相对较高。
The changes of soil moisture content, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and chlorophyll content of four tomato cultivars under different water treatments were measured by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis tester and chlorophyll meter. The results showed that: within a certain range, the chlorophyll content of tomato plant leaves increased with the decrease of soil water content; in the case of flooded high soil moisture, the highest photosynthetic rate of “Green Apple” "Showed the lowest photosynthetic rate, indicating that different species of tomato flooding between the larger differences; top bud about the fifth leaf photosynthesis is relatively high.
