[目的]为实现乙呋草黄生产废水的有效治理,开展该废水的预处理实验研究。[方法]采用催化湿式氧化技术进行连续式预处理,考察不同的工艺条件对废水处理效果的影响。[结果]通过条件实验确定最佳的工艺条件:进水CODCr 43 200 mg/L,反应温度240℃,反应压力4.5 MPa,停留时间1 h,催化剂CuSO4用量0.75 mmol/L。在该工艺条件下,乙呋草黄生产废水的CODCr去除率达到85.6%,脱色率>99%,BOD5/CODCr由氧化前的0.08提高至0.46。[结论]催化湿式氧化技术是治理乙呋草黄生产废水的有效预处理技术。
[Objective] The research aimed to carry out the pretreatment experiment of wastewaters for the effective treatment of the wastewaters of Huangfuhuang. [Method] The continuous wet pretreatment using catalytic wet oxidation was used to investigate the effect of different process conditions on wastewater treatment. [Result] The optimum technological conditions were determined by the condition experiment: CODCr 43 200 mg / L, reaction temperature 240 ℃, reaction pressure 4.5 MPa, residence time 1 h, catalyst CuSO4 dosage 0.75 mmol / L. Under this technological condition, the removal rate of CODCr of ephtofloxacin wastewater reached 85.6%, the decolorization rate was> 99%, and the BOD5 / CODCr increased from 0.08 before oxidation to 0.46. [Conclusion] The catalytic wet oxidation technology is an effective pretreatment technology for the treatment of yellow wastewater from ethnie grass.
