建立健全保持共产党员先进性的长效机制对于增强各级党组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力,保持党的先进性,具有十分重要的意义。当前,要重点围绕提升党员的党员意识和自身素质,建立长效的党员学习教育机制;围绕党员管理和队伍建设,建立长效的基层组织建设工作机制;围绕发扬党内民主,建立长效的党内民主监督机制;围绕为群众办实事、谋实利,建立长效的党员联系群众机制。
Establishing and perfecting a long-term mechanism to maintain the advanced nature of party members is of great significance to enhancing the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of party organizations at all levels and maintaining the advanced nature of the party. At present, we must establish a long-term mechanism for learning and educating party members focusing on enhancing the awareness of party members and their own qualifications. We should establish a long-term mechanism for building grassroots organizations around the management of party members and team building. Inner-party democratic supervision mechanism; around the practical things for the masses, seeking truth and pragmatism, the establishment of long-term mechanism for party members to contact the masses.
