旋转的轮轴如有稍许质量失衡,就可激发车体弯曲振动,降低乘车舒适度。为防止这种现象,日本铁道综合技术研究所开发了牵引拉杆缓冲橡胶,这是一种面向缓冲橡胶与转向架—车体的安装用橡胶,金属配件间具有微小间隙。利用这种缓冲橡胶,有望隔离来自转向架向车体传递的微小振幅的激振力,降低车体的弯曲振动,确保牵引力的传递和运行的安全性。通过在车辆试验台上的试验(见图1),验证了牵引拉杆缓冲橡胶对于轮轴不平衡引起的车体振动有抑制作用,也确认了它在运行安全性及耐久性方面并无问题。
If there is a slight mass imbalance, the rotating axle can stimulate bending and vibration of the vehicle body and reduce ride comfort. In order to prevent this phenomenon, the Japan Railway Institute of Integrated Technology has developed a traction rod cushioning rubber, a mounting rubber for bumper rubber and bogie-bodywork with a slight clearance between the metal parts. With this kind of cushion rubber, it is possible to isolate the small amplitude of excitation force transmitted from the bogie to the vehicle body, reduce the bending vibration of the vehicle body, and ensure the transmission of traction force and the safety of operation. Through the test on the vehicle test stand (see Figure 1), it was verified that the traction rod cushioning rubber inhibited the vibration of the vehicle body caused by the wheel shaft imbalance and also confirmed that there was no problem in running safety and durability.
