本文通过数学建模筛选医院病床有效安排方案,以提高科室病床利用效率,最大程度地满足患者的需求。在对某医院眼科床位实际数据的统计分析后,提出“浪费指数”的概念,利用动态规划模型和MATLAB编程实现了模型自动模拟。本文通过眼科数据的分析,得到了该科各病种床位占用特征,建立了眼科病床调配模型,筛选出眼科床位和手术安排最有效方案。结果显示,本研究所取得的FCFS(First Come First Serve)方案较优。本研究所建立的数学模型在医院床位有效安排方面具有较强的可操作性和实际意义,可以较大程度地改善医院的病床管理效率。
This article through the mathematical modeling screening of hospital beds effective arrangements to improve departmental bed utilization efficiency, to maximize the patient’s needs. After analyzing the actual data of a hospital ophthalmic bed, the concept of “waste index” was put forward and the model was simulated by using dynamic programming model and MATLAB programming. In this paper, through the analysis of ophthalmology data, the characteristics of occupancy of beds in various diseases of the family were obtained. The model of ophthalmic bed allocation was established, and the most effective scheme of ophthalmology bed and operation was screened out. The result shows that the FCFS (First Come First Serve) scheme obtained in this study is superior. The mathematic model established in this study has strong maneuverability and practical significance in the effective arrangement of hospital beds, which can greatly improve the hospital bed management efficiency.
