针对大埋深大断面软岩巷道围岩变形严重,反复维修工程量大,底鼓突出的问题,结合工程实践,分析了巷道的底鼓的变形机理,并采用数值模拟方法研究巷道的变形破坏规律及影响因素。给出了大断面软岩上山底鼓治理技术方案,确定了锚注联合支护技术的设计参数。现场应用表明,采用锚索、底脚底板注浆锚杆和槽钢耦合支护底鼓控制方法,有效地控制了巷道的底鼓变形,取得了良好的围岩控制效果。
Aiming at the serious deformation of surrounding rock of soft rock roadway with large depth and large section, large amount of repeated maintenance works and prominent bottom drum, the deformation mechanism of the bottom drum of the roadway is analyzed and the deformation and failure of the roadway are studied by numerical simulation Rules and influencing factors. The technical scheme for the treatment of large-area soft rock up-hill drum is given, and the design parameters of the joint-support technology for anchor and shotcrete are determined. The field application shows that the method of controlling the bottom drum of grouting bolt with anchor and foot soleplate and supporting coupling of channel steel channel effectively control the deformation of the bottom drum of the roadway and achieved good surrounding rock control effect.
