复合材料以其优良的性能而被广泛应用于航空、航天、军工等重要领域 ,但其成型过程难以控制 ,生产成本高。建立智能化在线监控系统 ,有效地调整生产工艺、科学设计 ,可提高生产质量 ,降低成本。除生产工艺智能化外 ,还需建立材料结构的智能化体系。本文介绍了复合材料智能制造和生产系统 ;智能材料与结构 ;智能材料工艺与结构系统中的传感器及人机界面在智能材料工艺与智能材料结构中的应用。
