御道口低碳生态经济实验区禀赋自然,绿色经济条件优良,经济结构合理,是低碳生态经济聚集的理想区域。御道口低碳生态实验区的资源禀赋决定了其必须依托、保护和提升生态资源,提升产业价值链地位,形成地域的有吸引力的综合性中心,才能实现可持续发展。本文将重点阐述御道口低碳生态经济实验区“的建设背景和理论支撑,并分析其可行性实施方案,预期把实验区建设成为承德市北部经济高坝,由此为辐射和带动承德北部地区总体经济发展作好准备。
